INDUSTRIES:
Broadly industry-agnostic, with exclusions for consumer, heavy manufacturing, medical services, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
FINANCIAL:
EBITDA between $1MM and $10MM.
MANAGEMENT:
Typically founder- or family-operated, with a close-knit, “clan-style” culture marked by strong employee retention and enduring customer relationships.

ABOUT OUR LEADERSHIP
Sarim M. Khan is the Founder and President of Tezza Ventures, where he brings an energetic and compassionate approach to leadership. Before founding Tezza, Sarim built his career in the financial services and FinTech sectors. At Primatics Financial (acquired by SS&C Technologies; NASDAQ: SSNC), he led enterprise SaaS sales and client implementations, supporting major institutions including PNC, TCF, and U.S. Bank. Under his leadership, revenues grew from $10 million to $55 million.
Sarim holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
